Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Barnegat, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes reconstruction and upgrading of Township Road Pennsylvania Avenue, including concrete walkway reconstruction, driveway apron reconstruction, roadway milling and paving, storm sewer system modification and reconstruction, existing potable water main abandonment and installation of replacement of potable water main and reconnection of existing services, sanitary sewer manhole and pipe lining, curb installation, traffic striping, and general surface restoration, within the Township of Barnegat, Ocean County, New Jersey a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of TOWNSHIP OF BARNEGAT for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within (180) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. The TOWNSHIP OF BARNEGAT reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
