Peter Ernzen, PE 2882 106th Street Urbandale, Iowa 50322 515.334.4313 Peter.J.Ernzen@imegcorp.com Project consists of: Replacement of three existing natural gas boilers with new direct replacement boilers. The design for this shall accommodate phased construction to allow a minimum of one boiler to operate at all times other than short shutdowns to accommodate tie-ins and changeovers. Installation of a new JCI BAS control system to control the new boilers and the existing heating water pumps.. Replacement of the existing polypropylene to steel natural gas pipe riser elbow that is currently installed on the natural gas distribution piping serving the existing generator.
