New construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Coralville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
Provide equipment, materials, and labor necessary to furnish and install the athletic equipment, as indicated on the drawings, and as specified herein. Athletic equipment shall include, but not be limited to 1. Foul Poles 2. Bases, plates, ground anchors, and plugs Description: Part 2 Improvements include one ball diamond (Field 9) with sports clay infield & natural turf outfields, dugouts, backstop and fencing. Electrical service upgrades to maintenance building and outlets at Field 9 dugouts and backstop wall, 3 outlets in total. Irrigation for both diamonds including pump & backflow preventer in above-ground utility cabinets, controllers, quick couplers, and other associated irrigation equipment as specified. Concrete walkways and pavement connect proposed diamonds to existing fields and parking. Landscaping and turf establishment to cover extents of construction disturbance. Alternate #1 includes improvements for Field 6 ball diamond with sports clay infield & natural turf outfields, dugouts, backstop and fencing. Concrete pavement at backstop and dugouts. Electrical service to provide outlets at Field 6 dugouts and backstop wall, as well as, an outlet to the future batting cages area; 4 outlets in total. Irrigation for Field 6 including quick couplers, and other associated irrigation equipment as specified. Location: Coralville, IA
