Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Vernon Multipurpose will receive bids for the Interior Rehabilitation Project and exterior improvements, including selective demolition, interior finishes, and MEP upgrades. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. All work must comply with the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Preservation. Selection of a contractor will be based on ranking criteria which may include: Related experience, demonstrated interest in the project, ability to complete the project in the anticipated timeframe, understanding of the project requirements, budget performance on previous projects, and relevance of previous projects.
