The general project scope consists of the complete construction of a new 29,010 SF two-story healthcare facility located on a 5.22-acre lot in Pembroke, NC. This project consists of all sitework, utility connections, landscaping, building construction, along with all other miscellaneous items as listed on the construction plans and in the project manual, needed to complete the project. Small, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. RHCC reserves the right to waive all informalities in bids, to accept any bid, or any portion thereof, or to reject any or all bids should it be deemed in its best interest to do so and allowed by General Statute A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions, if requirement is stated in the Bid Form.
