The Lumbee Tribe is soliciting sealed bids for contractors to Paint interior of Tribal Complex The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the interior painting, which includes but is not limited to: o Protect all furniture, flooring, and fixtures with plastic sheeting, drop cloths, and painter's tape. o Remove wall hangings, signage, outlet covers, and switch plates. o Repair minor wall imperfections (e.g., nail holes, cracks, surface abrasions) with patching compound. o Lightly sand patched areas. o Clean all surfaces to be painted to remove dust, grease, or contaminants. o Prime repaired or stained areas as necessary Painting Services o Apply Three (1 Primer) (2 Finish) coats of premium-grade interior paint to the following surfaces: o Walls o Door frames o Paint type, color, and finish to be confirmed and approved by the Lumbee Tribe prior to commencement. o Paint shall be applied evenly with no visible brush strokes, roller marks, drips, or streaks. Lightly sanded between coats. Cleanup o Remove all painter's tape, plastic, drop cloths, and other protective materials. o Reinstall outlet covers, switch plates, wall hangings, and furniture as found. o Clean all work areas and dispose of debris in accordance with tribal regulations. o Conduct a final walkthrough with a tribal representative for approval. o Estimated Start Date: [12/19/2025] o Estimated Completion Date: [12/29/2025] For contracts exceeding $150,000, the selected contractor will be required, within 14 calendar days, to produce a Payment/Performance Bond for 100% of the contract amount.
