This survey may include review of subcontracting agreements, financial capacity, and quality of work performed on other contracts. Project Site, Clinton L. Thomas Building, 700 Roberts Ave, Pembroke, NC 28372 The work shall generally consist of furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all operations indicated, specified, or necessary for the completion of the Pembroke Housing Authority - Strickland Heights Roof Replacement. The Work shall include, but not limited to the following: Replacement of the roof, sheathing, and associated specialties and accessories in the Strickland Heights Community as shown on the Construction Documents. A single prime combined bid for all work. All proposals shall be lump sum. A pre-bid conference will not be scheduled. All bidders are encouraged to visit the site.
