The project involves rehabilitation of existing sewer lines with flexible thermosetting pipe liner, Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining. Approximate quantities for which bids are requested include 925 LF of 8-inch Sanitary Sewer Relining CIPP. Question Deadline 07/18/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the Village of Howards Grove, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any proposal, which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Owner.
