Please note that the project is divided into Bid Packages numbered 1 through 5 and the bidder is required to submit a bid for each bid package. The Twin Falls County Commissioners reserve the right to accept any or all bid packages at their sole discretion. The successful contractor will be determined based on the total cost of all bid packages. The Successful Bidder will be required to complete the project this calendar year before temperatures fall below fifty degrees. Each bidder is required to visit the site of the work to review all existing conditions. The contractor is responsible for performing their own takeoff to determine quantities, quantities shown on the drawing are for reference only. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount and said bond shall become binding upon execution of the contract. The Twin Falls County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Written objections to drawings or bidding procedures must be received by Bob Beer at least one full business day before the date and time the bids are scheduled to be received. Twin Falls County is not liable for or otherwise responsible for any expenses, costs, or attorney's fees that relate or otherwise pertain to the bids including without limitation, the preparation and submission of bids.
