Demolition, site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,493-square-foot, one-story above grade swimming pool; for the demolition of a swimming pool; for the remodel of a swimming pool; for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

Idaho request applications for qualification from DPW licensed subcontractors for the following project: City of Twin Falls Pool Building Remodel & Expansion, 756 Locust Street North, Twin Falls, ID 83301 IN GENERAL, The project consists of a remodel of approximately 3,811 square foot remodel of the existing poolhouse consisting of modernization of locker rooms showers and bathrooms. The expansion includes an approximate 1,445 square foot lobby, service desk, training meeting room, office, family and ADA accessible restrooms and shower rooms. scope includes minor demolition, earthwork and paving, minor utility adjustments, site signage and striping, landscaping and irrigation adjustments, site and building concrete, structural masonry, rough carpentry and framing, exterior fiber cement siding, damproofing, waterproofing, and air barrier, insulation, aluminum storefront systems and glazing, caulking and joint sealants, membrane and standing seam metal roofing, finish carpentry & millwork/casework, hollow metal door frames, doors and hardware, sheathing and drywall, painting, tile, specialty floors interior and exterior wall signage, toilet partitions and accessories, wall protection and corner guards, fire extinguishers and cabinets, lockers, plumbing, HVAC, test and balance, and electrical systems Core construction is an equal opportunity employer, as such will not knowingly discriminate in any area of employment, and invites all businesses to include women-owned, minority-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprise companies to participate in our qualification process. Bid documents will be made available on June 30, 2025. All questions and RFI’s shall be submitted to CORE Construction not later than Thursday, July 17, 2025, to allow sufficient Subcontractor performance and labor and material payment bonds are not required. The site is not available to subcontractors without advance coordination with CORE Construction.
