Site work for a civil project in Twin Falls, Idaho. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Idaho Water Resource Board intends to enter into an agreement to obligate by contract, agreement, or otherwise the State of Idaho in the amount of more than $25 million or intends to enter into an agreement concerning a transaction in which goods, services, real estate, or other property reasonably valued at more than $25 million is acquired, sold, or included in a part of the agreement. Specifically, you are notified that a decision may be made on or after 30 days from the date this notice is sent, and it will concern the Twin Falls Canal Company (TFCC) located in Twin Falls, Idaho 83301. The project includes three sub-projects: 1) lining approximately 10 miles of existing surface water canals, 2) developing an off-canal recharge basin, and 3) installing updated monitoring equipment, including the construction of new site locations, to enable the TFCC to better monitor return flows. The project aims to enhance the efficient use of surface water by the TFCC in support of the 2024 Stipulated Mitigation Plan, entered into by surface and ground water users on the Eastern Snake Plain. This transaction is not being made pursuant to the request for proposals process in Idaho Code, and the transaction has not been specifically approved by the Idaho Legislature. The purpose of this $26,340,915 transaction is to help the TFCC improve its surface water diversion and monitoring systems.
