Site work for a power facility in Sikeston, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.

The Fly Ash Pond is an inactive 30-acre ash settling pond designed and constructed to receive and store coal combustion residuals (CCR) and process water. SPS is in the process of closing the Fly Ash Pond, which now requires grading the CCR materials and constructing a composite closure cap for permanent closure. SPS is seeking a contractor, who is specifically experienced in working in, on, and around CCR Ponds with heavy equipment - and constructing pond closure caps. The Sikeston Board of Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
