New construction of an educational facility in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot educational facility.
REQUEST FOR BID Durham Technical Community College Health Sciences Building Group 1 Skanska USA Building Inc. will be accepting sealed proposals for the Durham Technical Community College Health Sciences Building project at 2:00 pm on Thursday, August 7, 2025 for the following bid packages: 26.0 – Electrical Switchgear; 31.0 – Sitework; 33.1 – Electrical Ductbank. Bids will only be accepted from previously approved Prequalified Subcontractors and immediately thereafter opened and read. Bid documents are scheduled to be distributed to prequalified firms on July 14, 2025.
