Site work for a water / sewer project in Roanoke, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Please be advised, the Western Virginia Water Authority will still be requesting hard copies to be submitted in our office by the deadline mentioned above. Minority Owned Businesses (MBEs) and Women Owned Businesses (WBEs) are encouraged to respond. The Project consists of the Construction of approximately 9,970 LF of 8" Sanitary Sewer Force Main and associated appurtenances. The force main alignment also includes three trenchless road crossings, one of which has a 24" casing pipe. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 08/06/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
