No definite date for the rebid.** PROJECT SCOPE: The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified bidders for the rehab and upgrade of the 2MG Storage Tank Electrical System at the East Water Treatment Plant. The Scope of Work consist of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and installation required for the complete rehab and upgrade of the 2MG Storage Tank Electrical System per the minimum standards as established in the Specifications and Drawings, attached herein. PROJECT LOCATION: The Project is located at the Miramar's East Water Treatment Plant 8811 Fogg Road, Miramar Fl 33023 COMPLETION OF WORK: The commencement date shall be established in the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall commence the Work within 10 Days from the commencement date. The Work shall be Substantially Complete within 365 Calendar Days after the commencement date given in the Notice to Proceed. The Work shall be Finally Completed for full acceptance by the City within 395 Calendar Days after the commencement date given in the Notice to Proceed BID SECURITY: When applicable, bids shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond, in the amount of five percent of the Total Bid Price, payable to the City of Miramar, Florida, as a guarantee that the Bidder, upon acceptance, will promptly execute the Agreement and complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Total Bid Price stated in its Bid submittal.
