Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The demolition of a commercial building located at 467 Walker Street, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, to include a bid by a general contractor or sub-contractors for the following listed items and more: Demolition of all structures on the site and removal of all interior and exterior debris, this includes the foundation slab and any concrete or blacktop as well. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after opening of said bids, without the consent of the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Fond du Lac. The City of Fond du Lac may reject any or all bids on any basis and without disclosure of any reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action against the City of Fond du Lac. The City of Fond du Lac also reserves the right to waive any abnormalities or informalities in bidding, and to select the bid that, in its opinion, will best serve the interests of the City of Fond du Lac. The work under this Contract consists of razing and removing all structures on the site, excavation, grading, filling, removal of all exterior and interior junk and debris, weeds, and brush, and all incidentals necessary to provide the Redevelopment Authority of Fond du Lac with a cleared site
