The project name is: Groveland Road Culvert Replacement Project. The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County, Oregon: Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control and erosion control measures. Protect fish, wildlife, and vegetation. Perform removal of all structures and obstructions. Remove and replace existing culvert on NW Groveland Road. Construct roadway improvements including aggregate base and shoulders, ACP, and signs. Perform additional and incidental work as called for by the Standard Specifications, Special Provisions, Typical Drawings, and Plans. The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following in Washington County, Oregon for removing and replacing a culvert on NW Groveland Road (and rebuilding the embankments): This project will utilize open trench techniques for removal of an existing 36 inch corrugated metal pipe and installation of a 72 inch Corrugated Metal Pipe. Associated activities include traffic control, protection of fish, wildlife, and plants, earthwork, asphalt concrete paving, and revegetation. A road closure will be allowed for this project. For this project, perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Standard Specifications, Special Provisions, Typical Drawings, and Plans. The Contractor shall not begin On-Site Work before September 1, 2025, unless approved by the Engineer. All in-water on-site work must be completed between September 1 and September 30, unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract not later than October 30, 2025. The Project cost range is $125,000 - $225,000.
