Renovation of a mixed-use development in Thornton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and 15,281-square-foot educational facility.
Westgate Community School is soliciting qualified candidates interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor Services for the Westgate Community School Audinasium Project. Interested firms must register with the School's Owner's Representative to ensure receipt of all future communications. The design team worked collaboratively with Westgate and NV5 to optimize the Audinasium design to align with the construction budget, focusing on cost-effective solutions without compromising core program goals. Westgate Community School intends to demolish the North side of the building, and utilize that space to create a 15,281 square foot combination auditorium and gymnatorium space, 'Audinasium', as well as repurposing some of the existing space in the South building.
