The Work Will Include; Demolition, Clearing and Grubbing, Site Grading, Aggregate Base Surfacing, Site Piping, Site Concrete, Site Fencing and Access Gates, Site Painting and Signage, a Prestressed Concrete Water Storage Tank, and Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls. Time of Completion: Contractor Shall Complete All Work Contained in the Proposal Within 200 Working Days for the Base Contract, if the District Exercises the Add Alternate Bid Items the Contract Duration Will Extend by Another 160 Working Days for a Total of 360 Working Days. The Site is Physically Located on Hidden Acres Road Approximately 2,700 Feet East of the Intersection With Old Alturas Road. The Work to Be Done as Part of the Additive Bid Items Includes Furnishing All Labor, Materials and Equipment Necessary to Construct a 6 Mgd Pump station in Addition to the Work Included in the Base Bid. The Work Will Include; Additional Site Piping, Additional Site Painting and Signage, a Booster Pump Station, Masonry Building, and Additional Site Electrical and Instrumentation.
