Access from Oroville, CA travel east on SR162 to the intersection of Forbestown Road, turn right onto Butte County Road 275811 travel 7 miles to intersection of Lumpkin Ridge Road, Butte County Road 27672. Turn left on to BC 27672 travel to the community of Feather Falls, turn right on FSR 22N27 travel east for 7 miles to intersection of FSR 22N94, turn left on FSR 22N94 travel 3.9 miles to project. Access from the east (Quincy) is via PC 511 to intersection of PC 514 near the town of La Porte, CA. Turn right on PC514 travel to Little Grass Vally Reservoir Dam, cross travel to intersection of FSR 22N94 turn left, travel to intersection of FSR 22N27. Travel on west FSR 22N27 to the intersection of FSR 22N94, turn right travel 3.9 miles on FSR 22N94 to project. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, incidentals, inspection, quality control and supplies necessary to apply a 2-inch compacted layer of TYPE II hot-mix asphalt concrete on the designated travel way. This work encompasses the preparation of the existing aggregate base subgrade for paving and the supply and application of the 2-inch compacted asphalt concrete across varying widths of the travel way, ranging from 16 to 20 feet, over a stretch of 1.2 miles of forest road. The Contractor is responsible for rolling the hot-mix asphalt concrete surface to ensure a smooth and compacted travel way.
