Renovation of a municipal facility in South Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 02, 2025, project was awarded to Abundant Air Heating & Cooling Inc., awarded amount is $79,389.96. HVAC contractors to submit competitive bids to perform removal and installation of AC units at the following location: o Town Hall, located at 360 S County Road Palm Beach, FL 33480 The awarded contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, material, tools and equipment to install the new units inclusive of new control valves. A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit will begin at Town of Palm Beach Town Hall, located at 360 S County Road Palm Beach, FL 33480. Attendance is mandatory only vendors who are in attendance will be permitted to submit a bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis, on a line-by-line basis, or on a per lot/building basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid.
