Question Deadline 07/31/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to the Engineer, Ed Sullivan, Quad3 Group Inc., 3495 Butler St., Pittsburgh, PA 15201 or via email at esullivan@quad3.com. The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Supply select material, and all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to construct all items indicated in the plans and specifications for the following: removal and reconfiguration of 4.16kV electric utility pole line and equipment, construction of 4.16kV primary and secondary underground conduits and cabling, installation of owner-furnish transformers and streetlights, construction of transformer pads, grounding, testing and other miscellaneous work. Envelopes should be plainly marked "Bids for Franklin Alley Underground Project" Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the president and secretary, and shall comply with the ORC, including 735.06 and bid and performance sureties if applicable.
