Each proposal shall contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested in the same, and if a corporation, the name and address of the president and secretary, and shall comply with the ORC, including 735.06 and bid and performance sureties if applicable. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Supplying material, labor, equipment, and all supplies necessary to construct all items indicated in the plans and these specification for installation of the following: approximately 1,860 feet of new 18-inch CIPP liner, approximately 20 feet of new 30-inch CIPP liner, approximately 60 vertical linear feet of new manhole lining, new manhole steps, new manhole frames and covers, and other related work.
