Advertisement for tender of bids for Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Bisulfite, and Alum for the City of Niles Wastewater Treatment Facility. Sealed proposals are to be submitted for supplying these chemicals. Proposals should contain the full name and address of every person, firm, or corporation interested; if a corporation, the names and addresses of the president and secretary must be provided. Proposals must comply with ORC, including 735.06 and applicable bid and performance sureties. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Submittals must be mailed in a sealed envelope and received by 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025, at the City of Niles Auditor’s Office.
