INFORMATION: 1. This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. 2. Potential vendors are notified that the basis on which award will be made is price alone. 3. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, must be considered by the Agency. 4. The Government may request that a vendor respond to a Quote Verification after the solicitation closes, but prior to award. The vendor shall respond in sufficient detail to all questions or statements no later than the response date and time listed in the correspondence. Failure to do so may result in quotes being deemed non-responsive and removed from consideration. The Government is under no obligation to provide extensions for responses. Scope Provide all materials, equipment, and labor to remove two (2) single-leaf road access gates and install two (2) new gates. The existing gates, referred to throughout this Statement of Work as the "Leadmine Access Gate" and the "Leadmine Nutmeg Flyer Gate" are both single-leaf steel gates with a holdback post. a. Leadmine Access Gate will be replaced with a new, double-leaf steel gates with two (2) holdback posts. b. Leadmine Nutmeg Flyer Gate will be a single-leaf access gate with one (1) holdback post. c. Work includes demolition and disposal of two (2) existing access gates as well as provision and installation of two (2) gates and associated holdback posts.
