Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform snow removal and sanding activities at the Thomaston Dam, Black Rock Lake, and Northfield Brook Lake in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. All vendors must have an active registration in SAM.GOV at the time of submission in order to be considered. Any vendor that does not have an active SAM.GOV registration will be rejected as non responsive.
