Description

Renovation of a parking garage in Thomaston, Connecticut. Working plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to install three low-intensity infrared tube heaters rated at 40,000 BTU each, for a total of 120,000 BTU, inside an existing 2,016 square-foot garage with 16-foot-high ceilings. The work also includes furnishing and installing one 300-gallon propane tank, a tank pad, and associated protective barrier. All installation and associated work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and requirements. Location: Thomaston Dam Garage Building, 113 Reynolds Bridge Road, Thomaston, CT 06787. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
