Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Thomaston, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,016-square-foot industrial development.

Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to install 3 low intensity infrared tube heaters (40-K BTU each for a total of 120,000 BTU) in a 2,016 sq ft garage with 16' high ceilings, as well as one 300-gallon propane tank, tank pad, and associated protective barrier at the Thomaston Dam garage building. All work will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and in accordance with local, state and federal laws. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. All vendors must have an active registration in SAM.GOV at the time of submission in order to be considered. Any vendor that does not have an active SAM.GOV registration will be rejected as non responsive.
