Gate Replacement and Installation, Black Rock Lake, Thomaston, CT 1. Scope Provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary for the demolition, removal and replacement of one (1) Black Rock Outlet Gate and the installation of one (1) new access gate at Black Rock Four Corners area. The existing Black Rock Outlet access gate is a single-leaf steel gate with a holdback post. No gate is currently installed at the Black Rock Four Corners area. Work includes demolition and disposal of the existing access gate as well as provision and installation of two (2) new gates and all necessary components for operation.
