Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Thomaston, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary to demolish and dispose of one wooden shelter, including associated roofing materials, concrete pad, asphalt apron and grill, with the shelter and concrete pad footprint approximately 40'x 23' and shelter about 15' at peak height. All structurally sound post and beam materials must be salvaged and set aside in a designated on-site area for Government re-use. Contractor shall demolish and dispose of seventeen concrete picnic tables and all associated concrete pads. Any disturbed areas must be backfilled and restored with topsoil and grass seed.
