As of September 24, 2025, all bids for this RFP have been rejected. It is unclear if and when this project will re-bid. ............................................. The City intends to construct a dedicated Vactor Washout Station, designed by Domenichelli and Associates, at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant to serve both the Wastewater Collection and Water Distribution crews. The new facility will replace the existing unpaved, poorly lit temporary washout area with a reinforced concrete structure, engineered drainage, and upgraded lighting. These improvements will streamline daily washout operations, improve worker safety, and provide reliable capture of washout water. A Design-Assist contracting method is being used to construct the Dry Creek Wastewater Treament Plant Vactor Station Project. Deadline for final questions: 5 p.m. on August 6, 2025.
