Renovation of a mixed-use development in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
**As of August 22, 2025, the project was awarded to Centric Elevator Corp but the awarded amount is not available.** Justice and Courthouse Building Elevator Modernization The Project Does Not Require a Contractor or Subcontractor to Be Licensed Under Ors 468a.720 for Asbestos Abatement. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. All Bidders Must Submit a List of Their First-tier Subcontractors. The Board of Commissioners Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Technicalities, and to Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsive Responsible Bidder. The Board of Commissioners May Reject Any Bid Not in Compliance With All Prescribed Public Contracting Procedures and Requirements and May Reject All Bids Upon a Finding That It is in the Public Interest to Do So.
