Renovation of a mixed-use development in Midland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work must include but is not limited to: removing the existing fire alarm system, design of a new fire alarm system and the installation of that system. Work to include but not limited to: • Design and CAD plan documentation of a new Fire Alarm system following the Michigan Fire Prevention Code, PA207, along with the State Fire Safety Board fire safety rules. • Submittal to the State of Michigan Bureau of Fire Services for plan review • All responses to state reviews to complete the project. • Removal of existing equipment and devices as required.
