Exterior improvements to Asphalt Paving, Concrete Paving, Concrete Paving Joint Sealants, Turf and Grasses, and Utilities required to meet the proposed Site Layout drawing, the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control drawing and Exterior Improvements and Utilities sections of the Technical Specifications. v. Contractor is to include the estimated number of days with ground disturbance activities in bid submittal. vi. Contractor shall cease work immediately in the event that they encounter archaeological artifacts or similar items during excavation. a. An Archaeological Monitoring Consultant contracted to the City will be onsite during ground disturbances related to the installation, removal, replacement of asphalt, concrete, stone or soil. b.
