Question Deadline 07/30/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal Questions must be submitted via PennBid Easttown Township (the "Owner") will accept sealed proposals for the Berkley Road Sidewalk Improvement Project located on Berkley Road (T-303) at the intersections with Devon Boulevard (T-311) and Dorset Road (T-310) in Easttown Township, Chester County, PA. All proposals (bids) are to be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any minor informalities, irregularities or defects in the bid; or to reject any or all of the bids. The successful Bidder must comply with Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All Bidders are required to establish proof of competency and responsibility, in accordance with 67 PA Code Chapter 457, Regulations Governing Pre-qualification of Prospective Bidders and PennDOT Form 408/2020, as supplemented and amended, Section 102. Subcontractors must pre-qualify in the same manner, if listed in the proposal or if they subsequently undertakes the partial or total construction of one or more items of work. All Bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified Contractors. Estimated Contract Value: $100,000 to $200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
