Bridge Replacement Project withApproaches on two separate sites being over Shubuta Creek, SA12-0006, and Prairie Branch, SA12-0010, on CR 250 for a total project length of 0.302 miles as Emergency Road and Bridge Repair Fund Project. The work shall consist essentially ofthe following items: Construction of Site "A": Single cell 16' x 8' Box Bridge, Skew 45 Right Forward with approaches and Site "B": 1 @ 40 LF, 1 @ 60 LF, 1 @ 100', 2 @ 40 LF, Skew 30 Right Forward Skew, Prestressed Concrete Beam Span Bridge with approaches. The above general outline offeatures ofthe work does not in any way limit the responsibility ofthe contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and the drawings referred to therein.
