Bridge Replacement Project with Approaches over Buckatunna Creek Relief on County Road 670 for a total project length of 0.184 miles. The work consists essentially of the construction of 2 @ 40 LF, 1 @ 110 LF, 1 @ 40 LF Prestressed Concrete Beam Span Bridge, including grading, drainage, and paving 0.184 miles of bridge approaches. The contractor is responsible for performing all work and furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and drawings. Bidders are directed to comply with Contract Provisions governing labor selection and employment, including predetermined minimum wage rates as outlined in the applicable laws. The attention of bidders is directed to the Contract Provisions governing selection and employment of labor. Minimum wage ratesfor Federal-Aid projects have been predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and are subject to Public Law 87-581 Work Hours Act of 1962, as set forth in the Contract Provisions. Successful bidders must furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
