Contract No. 10 - Service Meter Improvements shall include all tools, labor, material and equipment necessary to: Furnish and install replacement meters and interface units on approximately four hundred sixty-five (465) existing residential / commercial services. The work shall also include related appurtenances and start-up services at each meter location. All bids must be made on the blank form of proposal attached hereto A bidder may withdraw any proposal submitted prior to the hour set for the closing of the bids provided the request is signed in a manner identical with the proposal being withdrawn. The Owner will be responsible for payment in accordance with the terms of the contract when the work is completed. The Town Board of the Town of Roxbury reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids without explanation.
