**As of October 9th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: 1) Project Location 1: Improvements at Project 1 include replacement of two (2) self-priming pumps and associated motors, two (2) variable frequency drives (VFD), a common control panel, level instrumentation (radar and backup floats), main disconnect, manual transfer switch, sump pump, dehumidifier, and telemetry (autodialer). Visual evidence of deterioration of the pipe coating system in the dry well demonstrates a need to re-coat existing piping/valves to remain. 2) Project Location 2: Improvements at Project 2 include replacement of two (2) self-priming pumps and associated motors, a common control panel, level instrumentation (backup floats replaced only), manual transfer switch, main disconnect, and telemetry (autodialer). 3) Project Location 3: Improvements include replacement of three (3) vertical sewage pumps, motors, two (2) VFDs, soft starter, electrical panel, two (2) flow meters, exhaust fan, automatic transfer switch and installation of a permanent onsite diesel generator. 4) Project Location 4: a) Transfer Pump Station: Improvements at the Transfer Pump Station include replacement of two (2) submersible pumps, and control panel. b) Wastewater Treatment Plant: (1) At the main floor level of the Main Building, the following improvements will occur: (a) Replacement of an existing 200 kw permanent diesel generator and automatic transfer switch. (b) Replacement of one (1) sampling pump in the Alum room. (c) Furnish one (1) sample pump for stock spare. (d) Replacement of one (1) refrigerated autosampler at Inlet Structure No. 1 along with associated electrical outlet. (e) Transitioning overhead fixtures to LED-type. (2) Within the basement of the Main Building, there are three (3) UV units that are in use and have exceeded their useful life. Improvements will include replacement of the three UV units and associated control panels. (3) At the central area of the aerated lagoons is a Blower Building. Within the Blower Building, two (2) 20 horsepower (hp) 310 scfm blowers and motors and one (1) 60 hp 1150 scfm blower and motor will be replaced.
