Standish-Sterling Community Schools is soliciting bids for a Wide Area Network (WAN) solution. Bids are to comply with the Invitation to Bid, Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, Products and Services Specifications, and all other terms set forth. The bid is a technology-neutral request permitting telecommunication bids including self-provisioned fiber, lit fiber, dark fiber, or other third-party network solutions, with the necessary requirement that all bids must meet a 10Gbps connection speed. The District will analyze all bids for cost-effectiveness and select one service type for evaluation and award. Bidders may combine other services in their response, but must meet the specified speed requirement. All Bidders must submit an Intent to Bid Form by the stated deadline, and are encouraged to attend a walkthrough meeting at the project facilities. Instructions specify the submission method, required documents, and conditions for bid evaluation and disqualification.
