The DOE requirement to provide all labor, equipment and supervision for elevator and escalator inspection services at the DOE Headquarters Forrestal Building and Germantown Facility. All work shall be performed pursuant to the requirements set forth in Statement of Work. Questions regarding this requirement must be submitted NO LATER THAN Thursday, July 17, 2023, by 5:00 p.m., EST. The Department's designated point of contact for this RFQ is Guy Cholmondeley. It is requested that all communications with Ms. Nelson be in writing viaonline Notice of subcontractor waiver of protection ( 40 U.S.C. 3133(c)). Any waiver of the right to sue on the payment bond is void unless it is in writing, signed by the person whose right is waived, and executed after such person has first furnished labor or material for use in the performance of the contract.
