Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 364,083-square-foot, eight-story above grade, 512-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Construction Managers are invited to submit information indicating their interest and ability to perform construction management services for the proposed SCHLEGEL VILLAGES FENNELL WEST HAMILTON LONG TERM CARE HOMES. The project consists of two new 8 storey towers accommodating 256 beds each with common areas on the Ground Floor and support areas in the Basement. The total area of the project is approximately 364,083 square feet. Construction will consist of precast concrete planks on concrete bearing walls with masonry veneer. Subject to Provincial and Municipal approvals, work on site is planned to start in March 2026. Information is to be submitted using CCDC Document 11 - 2019 identifying major project experience in Ontario including long term care and retirement projects for which Construction Management services have been provided. Construction Managers will be evaluated according to their relevant experience, capacity, proximity, and quality of services, based on reviewing submissions and contacting references provided.
