Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of September 10, 2025 this project was awarded to Oakridge Group Inc. in the amount of $450,322.60 A summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the removal and replacement of existing tennis court and lighting at Victoria Park, and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Site safety measures, construction fencing, and maintenance throughout construction, 2. Coordination, cooperation, and scheduling with City appointed archaeologist and Indigenous groups, 3. Removal of existing chain link fencing, including concrete footings, 4. Removal of existing acrylic surfacing and asphalt paving, 5. Removal of existing sports lighting poles to below grade, 6. Top up existing granular base to required depths for re-use, 7. Supply and install new black vinyl chain link fence, 8. Supply and install new asphalt paving, 9. Supply and install new tennis net and posts, 10. Supply and install new acrylic surfacing, including fiberglass mesh and line painting, for tennis courts, 11. Provisional Item: Supply and install new sports lighting (fixtures, poles, and controls) and wiring as per the provided design specifications.
