Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project was awarded to Oakridge Group Inc. in the amount of $983,053.40 A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the supply and installation of limestone screening walkways, an informal teaching area with various paving types, lighting and seating, an asphalt pathway, an accessible ramp and stair connection to an existing washroom building with proposed concrete plaza and lighting and a proposed staircase and sidewalk extension at the north end of the property and consists of approximately: - 935 square metres of asphalt walkways. - 700 square metres of limestone screening pathways/surfaces. - 509 square metres of concrete walkways, sidewalks and plazas. - An informal teaching area with amphitheater, lighting, blackboard, and a variety of seating. - New lighting, and concrete access ramps and stairs with railings to the existing washroom building. - New staircase with railings, and sidewalk extension at the north end of Parkside Drive. - Earthworks and grading, including 2 CSP culverts and required spillways. - Tree, shrub, and perennial plantings. - 3940 square metre of sod restoration Documents can be obtained at: https://hamilton.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Fri Jul 25, 2025 11:59:00 PM (EDT)
