This project will Remove the entire HVAC system and replace with new. Modify the existing Fire Suppression and Fire Alarm systems to accommodate the new lay out. Replace existing Lighting with new LED. Modify existing Layout with new Steel Stud framing and drywall. Solicitation: N6247318D2294 PTO# X254 This is a Design-Build construction contract to renovate building 215. The Period of Performance (POP) is 18 months (Including 15 calendar days for bond submittal) from award of task order. Each Option will add 6 months for construction. All RFIs shall be submitted no later than 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST), on 29 July 2025 via email. Any RFIs submitted after the cutoff date may not receive a response. Site Walkthrough: Participants must be present at badging office no later than 9:45 A.M. (PST). Offerors are limited to three (3) representatives at the site visit. Additionally, due to new implemented guidance, if you are NOT currently in DBIDS, you will have to complete and submit Form 5512 and excel spreadsheet in order to obtain a one day pass.
