The Town of Falmouth invites qualified responders to submit proposals to provide professional services that include the development of: 2025 UPDATES TO FALMOUTH BEACH MANAGEMENT PLAN The Town of Falmouth will develop a beach management plan that includes ten (10) public beaches including (1) Menauhant Beach (East & West) (2) Bristol Beach (3) Falmouth Heights Beach (4) Surf Drive Beach (5) Woodneck Beach (6) Chapoquoit Beach (7) Old Silver Beach (Public & Reserved), and (8) Megansett Beach. The plan shall be finalized in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Massachusetts Endangered Species Act permitting submission requirements. While the scope of this Request for Proposals does not include permitting, the beach management plan must be prepared for the Town to be ready to submit to the applicable regulatory agencies. The Town seeks the services of a qualified professional engineering firm ("Consultant") to complete the tasks identified in this bid document under Section A: Scope of Services. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of 120 calendar days, after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. Bidders shall indicate their intent to comply with the Town of Falmouth's Supplemental Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination and Affirmative Action Program. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or reject any and all Bids, or to accept the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Falmouth. Bids are welcome from minority and female businesses. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
