Site work for a mixed-use development in Somerville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The firm must demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications necessary to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services in connection with Somerville ISD's 2025 Construction Projects pertaining to the capital improvements to Somerville ISD's campus. Responses are solicited for this service in accordance with the terms, conditions, and instructions set forth in this Request for Proposals ("RFP") and in accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code 2269 Subchapter F. Responses must be marked "Request For Proposal, Construction Manager At Risk, Somerville(2025 Construction Projects) Late responses will not be accepted. Each firm is responsible for ensuring responses to this RFP are complete and have been delivered by the date, time and location specified above. Any response received after the date or time set above will be returned unopened. Receipt of proposals does not bind Somerville ISD to any contract for said services, nor does it give any guarantee that a contract for the Project will be awarded.
