Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in La Grange Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes the necessary tasks to install a new water main, remove and replace disturbed curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, and hot-mix asphalt surface, as well as remove and patch the surface. Additionally, it involves replacing lead services to the home, connecting existing copper services, and performing landscape restoration, along with all other appurtenant work. The contractor shall be paid in cash for the work to be performed on this project. Bid proposals must be submitted using the provided forms. All bid proposals offered must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid or a cashier's check or certified check, made payable to the Order of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of LaGrange Park, as a guarantee that if the bid proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance of the contract properly secured. No bid proposal shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid bond or check. No bidding documents will be issued after 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. The Contractor and Subcontractor shall comply with all regulations issued pursuant to the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130), and other applicable Federal Laws and regulations pertaining to labor standards. The award of a Contract will be made within forty-five (45) days following the date of bid opening. The Village of La Grange Park reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any/all bids. The improvements to be completed as part of this project are located on Kings Court and Castle Circle. This improvement consists of the installation of 8-inch ductile iron watermain. The improvements to be constructed as part of this project are located on Kings Court and Castle Circle in the Village of La Grange Park, IL The work will include installing approximately 1,200 feet of 8" ductile iron pipe; connecting the new main to existing water mains; pressure testing and chlorinating the affected system; replacement of the public portion of water service and reconnecting existing private side water services; replacement of private side lead water/galvanized water services; and restoration consisting of the replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, drainage structures, and landscaped parkways as needed.
