No additional information is available at this time. 2025 Thermoplastic Pavement Marking & Post Project This project will involve work necessary to remove existing thermoplastic pavement marking; install new thermo-plastic pavement marking and flexible delineators along Sherwood Road from Homestead Road to Oak Avenue; the removal and replacement sections of curb and gutter and sidewalk to provide ADA complaint sidewalk ramps; and other appurtenant work to properly complete the project in accordance with the specifications and bidding documents. The contractor shall be paid in cash for the work to be performed on this project. Bid proposals must be submitted using the provided forms. A bid bond must accompany all bid proposals offered in an amount which shall not be less than Five Percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid or a cashier's check or certified check, made payable to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of La Grange Park. No bid proposal shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid bond or check. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of La Grange Park for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled time of bid opening. The Contractor and Subcontractors shall comply with all regulations issued pursuant to the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130), and other applicable Federal Laws and regulations pertaining to labor standards. The Village of La Grange Park reserves the right to determine the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, to waive technicalities, and to reject any and all bids.
