Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving Hernando County Schools and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of Hernando Schools Eastside Elementary Reno Phase II. The project consists of an existing campus in which Buildings 4 & 6 will be renovated. The work includes: fencing, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, sealants, doors, frames & hardware, windows, storefront, gypsum wallboard assemblies, acoustical ceilings, resilient and tile flooring, hard tile, carpeting, painting, signage, visual display & marker boards, toilet compartments & accessories, aluminum walkway covers, casework, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Sealed Bids in envelopes properly identified with the Project name indicated above are due no later than the date and time prescribed, at the offices of Wharton-Smith. Bids will only be accepted from Prequalified Firms utilizing the required Form of Proposal included in the Bid Package. The RFI deadline is Friday July 25th. Please submit RFIs to westcoastFLcommercial@whartonsmith.com. M/WBE Subcontractors & Suppliers are encouraged to participate. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
